All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

We accept the following payment methods:
Cash on Delivery (COD)
bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Mobile Banking)
For prepaid orders, payment confirmation must be completed before processing.
Layerin3D reserves the right to cancel orders for any suspicious or incomplete transactions.
We deliver products nationwide across Bangladesh.
Standard delivery time is 2–7 working days, depending on your location and product availability.
Delivery charges will be shown at checkout.
For Cash on Delivery, full payment must be made to the delivery agent at the time of receiving the parcel.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.
Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products within 7 days of delivery.
Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Custom or personalized lamps (e.g., name engraving, special color) are non-refundable, except in case of manufacturing defects.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed through bKash/Nagad/Rocket or to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Smart lamps include a 1-year bulb warranty against manufacturing or electrical defects.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
Misuse or mishandling
Power fluctuations or short circuits
Physical impact, water damage, or unauthorized modifications
